Where We Ship
At Retro Chroma, we strive to deliver not only beautiful pieces but also a seamless shopping experience. We currently offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

We provide free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. -
Express Shipping Upgrade
Need your items sooner? You can choose to upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout. The specific cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete the purchase, allowing you to make an informed decision based on your needs.
Delivery Timeline
Total delivery time consists of both processing and transit periods: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin on the next available business day.

Tracking Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has been shipped, a second email will be sent with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress.

We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We cover all import duties and taxes for our customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
